FAQs
What products and services does Multifiber offer?
We supply, design and install furnishing fabrics for commercial and residential spaces, including blackout and sheer curtains, roller blinds, upholstery fabrics, wall coverings, and custom digitally-printed headboards. Options range from high-opacity blackout curtains to antimicrobial, water-repellent upholstery. Our service covers the full process from consultation and fabric selection through to custom fabrication and professional on-site installation.
Do you only work with hotels, or other types of properties too?
Hotels and resorts are a large part of our work, but we also furnish schools, hospitals and residential condominiums. Whatever the property type, we tailor fabric selection and design to its specific use, brand and budget.
What does “flame-retardant” (FR) fabric mean, and why does it matter?
Inherently flame-retardant fabric has fire resistance built into the fiber itself during manufacturing, rather than sprayed or coated onto the surface, so it doesn’t wash out or wear away over time. This matters most in hotels and other commercial spaces, where fabrics need to meet strict fire-safety codes throughout their working life.
Are your fabrics certified to any international standards?
Yes. Many of our fabrics carry Oeko-Tex and REACH certifications, confirming they’re manufactured without harmful substances. We can provide certification documentation for specific fabric lines on request.
Can I get custom designs, or only standard patterns?
Both. We offer an extensive fabric library to choose from, and we also produce fully custom solutions, including bespoke color-matching and digitally-printed wall coverings and headboards designed around your property’s own artwork or brand identity.
Do you handle installation, or just supply the fabric?
We manage the entire process in-house, from measurement and fabrication through to professional on-site installation. That means one accountable team for your whole project, rather than coordinating separate suppliers and installers yourself.
Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable fabric options?
Yes. Our Ecotex line is made from polyester recycled from PET bottles, at times blended with natural fibers such as tencel, modal and hemp, giving you a genuinely sustainable option without compromising on look or durability.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Bangkok, Thailand, and have completed projects across Thailand and the wider Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern region. Get in touch with your location and we’ll confirm availability for your project.
Can you handle large-scale or multi-property projects?
Yes. We regularly manage large-scale developments and multi-property rollouts, working within set timelines, budgets and quality specifications, so hotel groups and developers get consistent results across every property.
How do I request a quote?
Contact our team through the website, phone or email with a few details about your project, such as property type, spaces involved, and rough timeline, and we’ll arrange a free consultation to discuss fabric options and next steps.
